Poster Presentation Guidelines

Posters will be displayed from 13:30 to 17:30, providing ample opportunity for engaging discussions. Each presenter will be available near the poster for discussion at least 30 minutes between 13:30 and 15:00 (the exact timing will be communicated to each presenter).

Presenters should arrive no later than 13:00 to ensure the poster is well situated.

Roundtable Discussion Guidelines

Authors should submit the extended version of their paper to the shared folder created for each roundtable group. As the documents to be used for the roundtables will not be included in the proceedings, there are no specific formatting requirements. Each roundtable will typically include four papers; each paper will be allocated a 20-minute slot for discussion. The roundtable mentors will set the rules of the game at their discretion. All authors and the roundtable mentor will have read all four papers. Typically, five minutes will suffice to highlight several issues in the paper and point at the author’s challenges. The rest of the time is devoted to constructive feedback and debate by the mentors and the other table authors. Please note that the tables have no audio-visual equipment or electric power.
